This fit excellent and snug. It is adjustable with lots of Velcro to have a good variety of tightness/looseness as desired. Material is soft and comfortable.

This has become my go-to training vest. I wear this every time I head to the gym. I have a similar one without the wraparound straps, but this one just took its spot. Great material, snug fit to where there is no riding, and makes you sweat like an animal while working out. You’ll look like the hardest worker in the gym. I do suggest going by the sizing chart. Highly recommended. Take your measurements and go by the size chart.
Sizing guide is pretty much right on. It provides good back support. First day I wore it around the house to get a feel for the increase in temp. and it was manageable. Easing it into my workouts now, as I only wear it on walks currently. Overall, great purchase for the price.
I am very pleased with this purchase. I really like the vest, waist shaper combination. This product is working better than I thought it would and I am grateful.
