I like the quality of the material when I opened the package. Since it was new and came from manufacturing, there is the smell of the new material as expected. So I just let it air out overnight and I was able to use it the next day. I used it for running and cardio.
I already had an old sauna suit but the quality was kinda bad that the silver lining inside started to show signs of wear after a couple of uses. This one has better quality and I think it will last longer. As for sizing, I am 5'5", medium body built around 38-40" chest and 165 lbs, I got a large but it came out a little bit loose. The product page said to get one size up which I did but I should've gotten a medium instead. I decided not to return and just keep the item and I will just layer.
I only wash this with mild soap and wash it when I shower after I workout. Hope this helps.
This is perfect. The size was good and works great. Started sweating within minutes. The material feels good and has worked well through three workouts and a washing.
