The POSITIVE: Once you find the size you need, oh my word!!!! It's amazing. First the zip up!! I love the zip up better than the little clips, then for extra support the velcro wrap around. I wear it while workingout and while I'm eating. Simply phenomenal! A great price, color, structure, stretch & fabric. You sweat bullets and you feel like you're getting an even better workout.
I just recieved my waist trainer today. And it is pretty good. It's worth the money. And I got it in 2 days since i have prime. Its firm and makes me sweat just by walking. Size is accurate!! I weight 128 and I'm 5'8 tall and i got a small. It's a bit tight but a medium would've been big in my opinion. Since the small does fit just perfectly! Will be buying again!!! 💕💕
I am 196 lbs and this fits as expected but the velcro tends to fold a little as if it was too tight. I do like the feel and the hold so I think in a few weeks I may need to get a smaller
I was honestly amazed by this product. I have bought so many other products that just weren't what I was looking for. I have a 32 " waist and ordered a medium. It does have 3 rows of prongs and managed to get myself in to the inner most one without a problem. The sincher belt isn't as stretchy as I thought but it does it job. The material is great quality and definitely makes you sweat. Also my favorite part is that it's wide enough to get my lower abdomen and that pesky back fat area.
I was on the fence for this particular product for a few weeks, worried about the sizing chart and my fit.. Finally asked a question here and was recommended to order as per my blouse/shirt size.. I did.. I am 5ft 3in tall, Waist 39in, Weight 173 lbs.. I ordered the size XL, which is my regular shirt size, and it was a bit hard to get on the first two days, but by day 3 it was much easier to get on, and the fit is perfect. I would say the image and description is accurate. The front is longer than most other waist trainers, and does cover my FUPA. It's only been about a week, so I don't know if it will work yet, but I am on a weight loss journey and I appreciate the feeling of the compression under my clothes. Not uncomfortable at all. I just ordered another (same size) so that I can rotate, and have one to wear while I wash the other, and I will definitely be back to buy a smaller size when I need one.
