I’ve been wearing this waist trainer for about 2 and a half weeks and it’s been amazing!! I’ve already lost 3 pounds just by wearing it the whole day with my normal routine. I recommend this product to everyone!!
I purchased both the short sleeve and the sleeveless. Both products work very well. Here are the drawbacks
1. The sleeveless offers the best range of motion, but because its sleeveless, you don't sweat as much as compared to the one with the sleeves. You still sweat better over wearing a regular t shirt.
2. The one with sleeves provides the maximum sweating for your workout, but the sleeves will inhibit your range of motion slightly as compared to the sleeveless. Additionally because you sweat a great deal, proper hydration is recommended during your workout.

Have worn this a few times and overall I love it. Its comfortable, not too tight, and long enough to tuck inside pants for walking. I purchased the XL after reading other reviews, and it fits perfect. Quality seems superior over other shapers I have looked at, so am happy with this one.
I just received my vest with zipper and immediately noticed its a good quality item. My first impression was that it fit a little too tight but the material is expandable so it was no problem to zip up. After walking on the threadmill as I usually do I noticed the vest was still in place unlike some of the other waist trimmers i've used in the past which either opens ( velcro) or slides up. In addition, i noticed a bigger amount of sweat on my shorts due to the use of the Loday vest. This item works as described.
