If you follow the sizing chart they have, it will fit correctly. I used this while working out and it definitely made me sweat more. It also seemed to help my posture. I felt so much taller wearing it since it was supporting my back.
I purchased the one with the zipper. There are still some small hooks you can use to hook it before zipping. That makes it so much easier to zip.
I used this after my pregnancy. It really helped me shrink my tummy. You have to struggle the firat few times getting into it, but its only because eventually you wont have to. I love this waist trainer and fits well under clothes! Also i have a small torso and this fit really well without going up to my neck and being uncomfortable.
Looked for a waist trainer as my first one, I wear it all day at work & it starts to get uncomfortable after about 5 hours but serves its purpose. I have no complaints, been using it about 3 weeks & down 1.5 inches so far
True to size, the quality is great! This is my third waist trainer with the best quality so far.
I’ve been wearing it for 3 days, it keeps my back straight. The material is comfortable, haven’t noticed anything bad about it, so far so good.
I ordered 2XL and that still didn’t fit.
